With a compact massing for three bedrooms, the design reflects the client’s desire for a practical yet proper home that operates seamlessly for daily living.
The house employs a tropical modernist approach, with long cantilevered canopies shading expansive north- and south-facing glass openings to optimize natural light while mitigating heat and managing heavy rainfall. The exterior is clean and minimal, while the interior exudes a calm, white-dominated ambiance, its understated beauty radiating simplicity and warmth. Upon entering, a foyer adorned with a single painting sets a welcoming tone, leading to an open living room, a clean pantry, and a separate dirty kitchen for practical functionality.
