The Summit County Builders Association held their 2009 Summit County Parade of Homes Sept 19-27. This year’s Parade featured 24 homes county-wide ranging in price from $700,000 to over $7 million. Kirs Herdt, of Austin Bluffs Lighting in Colorado Springs participated in the judging of seven homes in the $1.6-$2.5 million category. “It was tough choosing the winners this year because all of the homes were unique, creative and great workmanship. Summit County Builder’s Association should be very proud of the event and the homes represented by their membership.”

Mountain Log Homes of Colorado’s Sage Creek Canyon Home, designed by Denver Architect Brian Higgins of Raw Architecture, took home top honors in Exterior Elevation, Builder Concept and Landscaping.
